Nimbus Stovepipe 1928
In the world of motorcycles, Nimbus is synonymous of rarity and exclusivity, as throughout its history (1919-1954) it built highly sophisticated units in relatively small numbers.
Its origins lie in the renowned Danish vacuum cleaner factory Nilfisk, founded in 1906 by Fisker and Nielsen, who decided in 1919 to try their hand at the motorcycle business under the Nimbus brand.
Their first model was a 4-cylinder engine with camshaft transmission and a stamped steel frame, with a distinctive cylindrical tank that gave it the nickname “stovepipe.”
Without a doubt, today it is an exclusive motorcycle where the details, color, and condition make the difference.
